Experienced Support Workers Required!

Do you have at least 6 months experience in the Care industry?

We are looking for Experienced Support Workers to work for our clients in and around Pewsey.

Working for Care Connection, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings in the Wiltshire area.

You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.

You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following care and support plans to enable you to deliver the very best person centred care.

At this particular service you will be supporting a married couple. Experience in supporting partially sighted or blind individuals, and the ability to drive would be beneficial to this role, as the couple have their own mobility car to help them to access the community.

The service users here are looking for a bubbly individual and say ‘good personality and  banter is a must for anyone supporting them!’

You will be an energetic active individual who enjoys supporting others to get out and about, the service users here love going for long walks in the area, to their club and out for day trips.

Clear communication is also vital for this service as it is essential that the service users can follow when being guided in the community.

This is a temporary role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability!
