Hours:
- Monday to Friday,
- 10 AM to 3 PM (5 hours a day) – Total 25 hours per week.
- Some flexibility available.

We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our Cleints team as a Part Time Stock Control
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to senior teams to support daily operations
- Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy
- Resolve customer disputes in a professional manner
- Prepare documentation for the Picking team to ensure smooth operations
- Process invoices and credits efficiently
- Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain daily stock counts and manage month-end reporting
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Order stock from suppliers, including caps, cardboard, workwear, and more
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, experience with the Paragon system (but not essential)
- Previous experience in stock control
- Strong PC literacy with confidence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience in both internal and external communications
- A confident communicator, with the ability to liaise across teams
- Someone looking for a part-time role who can comfortably commute to the M30 area
