The Best Connection are looking for a Steel Operator required for our established steel company based in Burntwood.

You will be setting and operating the blanking line, processing steel coils to order specification. You will also be responsible for associated duties including operating overhead cranes, moving steel around the workplace, feeding the machine lines and stacking blanks on the back end.

Duties of this Blanking Line Operator role include;

• Setting and operating a blanking line
• Stacking processed steel blanks
• Operating overhead cranes to handle steel
• Loading and unloading steel coils onto the machine line

You will be working a permanent afternoon shift -

1:00pm – 10:00pm 4 day week! 

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £14.00 per hour
