Warehouse Shift Leader – Fixed Term Contract
Location: Aston
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:50 PM – 9:50 PM
Pay Rate:

Basic: £18.33 per hour

Overtime (Mon–Fri & Saturday): £24.84 per hour

Sunday & Bank Holidays: £33.12 per hour

Our prestigious client based in Aston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Leader to join their team on a fixed term contract.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fast-paced warehouse operations, especially within ecommerce or high-volume packing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage warehouse teams of up to 50 colleagues to ensure daily performance targets are consistently achieved.

Maintain a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

Motivate team members and resolve operational issues during the shift.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a busy warehouse setting is essential.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams of up to 50 colleagues effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
