The Best Connection Group - Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to join a leading client based in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and growing company.

Your Role:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Focus on acquiring new customers and creating sales opportunities that will foster business expansion.
  • Create Impactful Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Manage Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and top-tier service.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential sales leads and analyze competitors to stay ahead of the market.
  • Collaboration: Work with the online agency to enhance digital presence across social media and other online platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the packaging industry or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a keen desire to grow and develop the client base.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal and external clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Performance Goals:

  • Increase the number of current customers through proactive engagement.
  • Approach and follow up with new companies each month.
  • Launch at least 1 digital campaign each month to drive engagement and sales.
  • Boost year-over-year sales by developing and executing strategic initiatives.
