Your Role:
- Drive Sales Growth: Focus on acquiring new customers and creating sales opportunities that will foster business expansion.
- Create Impactful Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Manage Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and top-tier service.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential sales leads and analyze competitors to stay ahead of the market.
- Collaboration: Work with the online agency to enhance digital presence across social media and other online platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the packaging industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset with a keen desire to grow and develop the client base.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal and external clients.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Goals:
- Increase the number of current customers through proactive engagement.
- Approach and follow up with new companies each month.
- Launch at least 1 digital campaign each month to drive engagement and sales.
- Boost year-over-year sales by developing and executing strategic initiatives.
