The Best Connection are recruiting for a Internal Sales Executive to join one of our leading distribution clients based in the Central Birmingham area. This is a permanent position which can start immediately after a successful interview. As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting trades and businesses with essential fastening solutions. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, professional sales environment — providing quotes, managing enquiries, and closing deals over the phone and by email.#

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries and converting them into sales
• Making outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
• Providing product advice and technical support (full training provided)
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Working closely with the warehouse and sales teams

Key Skills and experience required:

• Experience in fixings/fastenings, trade supply, or industrial products is a MUST
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to learn technical product details quickly

Hours of work:

• Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Pay rate:

• £28,500+ Annual Salary dependant on experience
