We are looking for two Customer Service Sales Support/Administrator:

Customer Happiness & Sales Support role: This role is crucial to our client's business with the main task being to support the sales account managers with their admin work to optimise their efficiency, you will also be responding to sales enquiries, and generally making our client's customers HAPPY  . It is a very fast paced role involving liaising with customers and suppliers as well as the sales and operations team simultaneously. Ideally suited to someone with less experience in sales looking to upskill and progress to the next level.

Primary Objective:

Work as part of the collective effort with the sales and customer happiness team to achieve the business annual sales and profit budget and build strong relationships with customers and prospects.

The job has functional relationships with:

  • Customers & Sales
  • Purchasing & New Product Development
  • Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales with hitting sales activity points target & sales target
  • Looking after account managers inbox & respond to customer enquiries
  • Updating customers with changes to goods, delivery, and stock
  • Promote good internal customer service and set the standard for customer centricity
  • Assist account manager with maintaining sales pipeline
  • Process sales orders and quotes
  • Participate in chasing customer payments overdue
  • Help with staff lunches and refreshments
  • Ordering customer gifts, food, stationery and other business supplies

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
