The Best Connection are working with our client based in Thorne to recruit an experienced Internal Sales & Business Development Executive on a permanent basis.

This is a permanent position and will suit those who are self-motivated, ambitious, with entrepreneurial flair and a desire to work their way up to the top through hard work, success, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing orders and shipments

• Tracking inventory levels

• Assisting with customer enquiries and issues

• Maintaining accurate customer records

• Assisting with marketing campaigns and events

• Producing reports and analysing data

• Processing online, email and phone sales

• Ensuring order and invoice accuracy

• Updating databases and customer records

Essential requirements

• Must have excellent IT, Numeracy and Literacy skills
• A confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
• A commercial, common-sense approach
• Ability work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Good knowledge of Sage

Hours of work & Salary

• 8am – 4pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm on Fridays
• Salary subject to age related minimum wage
• 28 days annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays
