The position is a genuine temp to perm opportunity following a successful trial period***
Duties of the role:
- Reporting to the Sales Co-Ordinator the Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders into our in-house CRM system efficiently and accurately.
- Understand company objectives and strive to meet or exceed the KPIs and metrics.
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, such as; to provide price and stock availability, to problem solve and find resolutions to any customer issues.
- Making outgoing calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account or order.
- Picking and sending product samples to fulfill customer requests.
- Follow up of quotations as and when required.
- Handling returns for customers that want to return goods to us estimating handling charges including organising the return and credit process.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience of a customer service role
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages – Dynamics, Excel intermediate
- Experience of using SAP / ERP would be an advantage
- Experience working for a manufacturing business advantageous
