The Best Connection are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Room Attendants to join our client's team in Central London! In this role, you will play a vital team member in ensuring the hotel guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
This is a full-time, on-going role, with some flexibility required for weekend work.
Hourly pay:
£11.79 after 2 weeks the pay rate will increase to: £12.75
Working hours:
- Working hours: 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00
- Monday to Sunday ( 5 shifts a week )
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas;
- Changing linens and making beds;
- Cleaning and re-stocking bathrooms, ensuring fresh towels and amenities;
- Vacuuming and sweeping staircases and other public areas;
- Providing excellent communication and service to guests, addressing their needs promptly;
- Operating cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals with care.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to providing a flawless guest experience;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent time management skills, prioritising tasks and working efficiently;
- Flexibility and willingness to work a variable schedule (5 days out of 7);
- A positive and friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
