Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with gadgets? We're looking for a Returns Operative to join our dynamic team in Barton under Needwood, where you'll play a key role in giving returned electrical products a second life!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Testing returned items such as TVs, laptops, and mobile phones to assess functionality.
• Diagnosing and repairing minor faults to restore products to a sellable condition.
• Cleaning, repackaging, and labelling items ready for resale or recycling.
• Logging faults and repairs accurately in our system.
• Working closely with the returns and quality control teams to ensure high standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of electrical products and how they work.
• Experience with repairs or refurbishments (desirable but not essential - training provided).
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 07:10 - 15:10

Pay:

• £13.50 per hour
