We are currently seeking Refuse Loaders to work for a waste disposal company in Fareham. 

Duties to include, but not limited to: 

• Working as part of a refuse team collecting domestic waste. 
• Following a refuse vehicle around housing routes. 
• Ensuring bins are loaded safely into vehicles. 
• Keeping public areas clean and tidy. 

Previous experience of working outside and previous experience of physical and demanding work is essential for this role. 

Candidates are required to walk up to and above 5 miles per day. 

It is essential you are able to work 5 days a week, although this will not always be 5 days and some days you will be expected to be on standby. 

Candidates are required to work at short notice due to the nature of the job role. 

Own transport would be essential due to working location. 

Standard working hours are 06:00-14:00, however start time can be from 05:00. 

Pay rate: £11.79 per hour, weekly pay.
