We’re currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our clients friendly team in Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to start immediately with a scheduled interview/induction on Wednesday 23rd April.

About the Role:

As a Refuse Loader, you’ll work as part of a crew collecting household waste and recycling from residential areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires early starts, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting refuse, recycling, and garden waste from households
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Assisting the driver with navigation and safety awareness
• Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and physically fit
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Good team player with a strong work ethic
• Safety-conscious and willing to follow instructions
