Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting materials on the recycling picking line
- Engaging in general yard work to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assisting in the operation of processing recyclable materials
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Participating in quality checks to ensure the integrity of recycled materials
- Communicating concerns promptly to supervisors for resolution
