The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client based in Tunbridge Wells for a Sorting Belt Operative.

Job Overview:

You will be working on a sorting line, handling and separating recyclable and non-recyclable materials from skips. This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting waste materials from a conveyor belt
• Ensuring correct separation of recyclable materials
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a waste and recycling environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Safety boots and high-visibility clothing required
• Available on occasional Saturdays.
