The Best Connection are currently seeking a Site Operative for our client at a recycling centre in Maidstone.
This is an ongoing role.

Start times / Shift pattern:
- Monday-Sunday (working on a 7-day rota)
- 08:00-16:30
Shift pattern to be agreed monthly with the site.
Pay Rate:
Expected duties:
- Communicating with the public and guiding them to the appropriate skips for their waste disposal
- Assisting the public in unloading their cars, ensuring items are placed in the correct containers
- Helping with the handling of heavy or bulky items where necessary
- Ensuring the site is kept clean, safe, and orderly
- Providing excellent customer service and support to the public
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Adhering to all safety protocols and site regulations
