Site Operative - Tunbridge Wells

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30

Rota: 5 days out of 7 (must be available weekends)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Pay: £12.21 per hour

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Site Operatives to join our client based in Tunbridge Wells on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with a reputable and environmentally conscious employer.

🔧 Key Duties:

• Assisting members of the public with waste and recycling disposal
• Sorting and separating recyclable materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following all site health and safety procedures

✅ Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends as part of a 5/7 rota
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous recycling or waste management experience is beneficial but not essential
