We are looking for reliable and hardworking Collection Operatives to join our clients team. If you enjoy working outdoors and are passionate about keeping our communities clean, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting household waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties
• Assisting the driver in ensuring safe and efficient waste collection
• Ensuring that all bins are emptied and returned to their correct location
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with the public
• Keeping the collection area and vehicle tidy

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and team player attitude
• Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
• Ability to work early mornings and in all weather conditions
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
