Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect Furniture
- Conduct thorough inspections of upholstered furniture to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Evaluate materials, stitching, padding, and overall construction to identify and address any defects.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, noting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to communicate feedback and suggest corrective actions.
- Work closely with production teams to understand design specifications and quality requirements
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness by providing guidance and support to upholstery teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, proposing effective solutions to maintain high standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in upholstery techniques.
