Our client requires a Quality Inspector. Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. Duties include ensuring that all company products are performing to the highest standards and where these standards are not being achieved to propose and implement corrective actions whilst delivering consistent service standards. Building great relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and colleagues, ensuring positive client and end user experience, displaying good interpersonal skills & problem solving, the ability to communicate technical information and training to customers who may not be familiar with the equipment, and on occasion professionally handle difficult conversations. Compliance with all EH&S procedures and proper utilisation of all personal protective equipment. Keeping managers and engineering colleagues thoroughly informed on the quality of work, performance, potential problems and feedback from customer. Ensuring that company expectations are met in respect to safe working, customer experience, technical competence, commercial target delivery, and agreed quality standards in all company activities.
