We are seeking a Technical Inspector to inspect ceramic components to high quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal QA procedures.

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30-16:00
• £12.50 p/h rising to £13.00 after 13 weeks
• Occasional AM/PM shifts required based on business needs (premium paid)
• Potential permanent position

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers)
• Operate manual CMM (training provided)
• Apply AQL sampling techniques and report FAIRS
• Perform ultrasonic cleaning and dye penetration testing
• Accurately pack components, print labels, and ensure on-time delivery
• Input data into IFS system for tracking and traceability

About you:

• Previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
