The Role:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and documentation.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
- Collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Supporting audits (internal & external) and maintaining certifications (ISO, AS9100, etc.)
What were looking for;
- Proven experience in a Senior Quality Engineer or similar role in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, etc.).
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Engineering or quality-related qualification (HND/Degree preferred).
