The Best Connection Newport is seeking a Quality Leader / Supervisor to join our team in the NP11 area. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspection, preferably within the automotive injection molding industry, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Lead and effectively manage a shift team
- Use Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication
- Maintain open and clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Keep the inspection area clean and well-organised
- Experience in auto quality and process improvement will be a significant advantage.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably in automotive injection molding
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Desirable Experience:
- Experience setting up firewall procedures
- Writing inspection standards
- Preparing reference samples
- Familiarity with SAP
