The Best Connection is recruiting for a full time Goods Inwards Supervisor for our Bilston based client.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

6am - 16:30pm (Variable on start time between 6am - 8am depending on the following day priorities)

Pay Rate: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Immediate start available.

You will need to have at least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role. You will also have experience in e-commerce management, distribution laws, space optimisation, warehouse layout, reporting and business analysis including stocking and loading, shipping and receiving. Ideally you will have working knowledge of warehouse management.

Your responsibilities will include:-

• Good house keeping
• Inspecting and approving the quality and quantity of goods or equipment received and shipped out
• Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures
• Enforcing company rules and regulations
• Managing staff, building teams, training employees and monitoring production performance
• Communicating and interacting suppliers
• Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operation

• Computer skills in industry software and business information systems
• Stock Control

Experience Required:

Unloading Supervision: 3 years (required)
Foam: 2 years (required)
