The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work at our client's manufacturing site based in Denmead. 

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Supervise daily production activities for efficiency and safety.
• Lead a team of production operators.
• Monitor and control production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure product quality through inspections and quality control.
• Keep accurate records of production performance and safety compliance.

Requirements 

• Supervisor experience 
• Experience with Lean manufacturing tools
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Working Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730.

£13.46 - £16.34 per hour, depending on experience.
