The Best Connection Birmingham are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work at a busy warehouse in the North Birmingham area. We are looking for a candidate who can assist with the day to day supervision of production, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and high quality standards are met within the warehouse. This is a temporary to permanent job with the opportunity to become a full time member of staff after a successful trial period.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a busy team to ensure deadlines are met, quality products are produced and adherence to project deadlines.
- Collaborate and support the production manager to optimise processes and ensure ISO procedures are adhered to.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
Essential:
- Exprerience working as a supervisor/team leader in a fast paced environment.
Desriable:
- Previous experience in an automotive role is a benefit but not essential.
Working Hours:
- 6am - 16:30pm Monday to Thursday
- Friday's off!
