The Best Connection is looking for a multiple Labourers/Casting Operators for a client of ours based in the Shrewsbury area with starting pay of £10.50ph but will raise after the probation/training period

All training given; we are looking for anyone with the right attitude and the willingness to learn and be self motivated.

The job role includes:

• mixing different powders
• inserting powders into mouldings
• using power tools
• calibrate, operate, and maintain the casting equipment
• rework/polishing products
• Packing
• Being apart of a team
• loading vehicles with products
• heavy lifting involved in this job role so candidates needs to be physically fit.

There is a chance of a permanent position after 12 weeks for the right candidate - this will include a pay increase, plus bonuses for completion of KPI's.

Over time available at time and a half.

This vacancy will suit someone who is looking for a long term role or career with the company as there are progression opportunities on their site - this won't be ideal for temporary stop gaps.

Working hours are:

07:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Overtime are available and paid @ £15.25ph

Immediate start available for the right candidates also own transport is required due to the location.
