Position: Packing Operative
Location: Burgess Hill
Contract Duration:  Until December 23rd
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Variable Shift Patterns Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Ensuring all products are handled with care and packaged to high standards.
• Meeting daily and weekly packing targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch.
• Shift patterns do require weekend work so please be aware this may be something your asked to do.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are packed correctly and to a high standard.
• Team Player: Work efficiently in a team to meet targets and deadlines.
• Good Time Management: Ability to manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is beneficial, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
