Production Operative

About the Role:

The Best Connection is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Lancing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term opportunities and career progression for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a production line or within a manufacturing environment
• Operating machinery and equipment (training provided)
• Packing, labelling, and quality checking products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety and company procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing role (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at a steady pace
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
