The Best Connection are proud to recruit for a Sheet Metal Worker to join one of our long-standing clients who are a well established engineering company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team who are looking for a hands on candidate on a full time, long term basis with an opportunity for a permanent contract and progress within the company which includes powder coating. 

We are looking for a reliable individual with a switched on attitude who has sheet metal experience which could include basic machine operating, labouring, metal polishing and/or assembly. 

This role will consist of you:

• Breaking out (sheet metal)
• Deburring
• De-piping
• Being a general hand for our clients workshop
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workstation
• Reporting any hazards or unsafe practices

Requirements include:

• Previous sheet metal experience (desirable) 
• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30
