Production Operative - Carlisle

Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour (rising quickly to £13.75 per hour with the right attitude and commitment)

Location: Carlisle

Shifts: Day & Night shifts (12-hour shifts) 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am. Must be available for a mix of both shifts.

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing production environment in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, motivated individuals looking for immediate work with the chance to progress quickly.

What we're looking for:

• No previous experience required - full training provided
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work both days and nights on either 12 hour shifts
• Ideally, candidates will have their own transport due to the location and shift patterns
• Availability to start immediately
