The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Cranleigh to assist with the day to day running within a production environment on an on-going basis.
Necessary as training will be provided.
Due to location you will need a car to get to site
Opportunity to progress within the business.
The role will include:
- Picking in the warehouse
- Packing on a production line
- Labelling
Hours:
Can choose between Shift A and Shift B
Shift A
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday
- Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday
Shift B
- Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday
- Week 2: Thursday to Saturday
Pay:
- £13.00 per hour
- Performance bonus paid every quarter.
- Opportunity for pay to be increased based on performance levels.
- Plenty of overtime available on your days off or weekends, paid at time and half (£19.50ph).
What you need you to do:
- Understand our procedures and follow them.
- Follow the health and safety rules laid out by the business.
- Follow the rules for good manufacturing and hygiene.
- Highlight any concerns as and when they occur and report to your Line Manager
- Always be at work on time.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
