They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fence Panel Fabricator to join their dynamic team based in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication: Manufacture fence panels according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Material Handling: Select and prepare materials for fabrication, ensuring proper measurements and cuts.
- Assembly: Assemble fence panels using various tools and equipment, ensuring structural integrity and precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Hours
- Monday-Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 (you can leave when you hit your daily production target, you will still be paid for the full day)
