Production Operative

Our client, one of the leading Automotive manufacturers within its field currently require Production Operatives with an immediate start for its brand new Redditch based site, with training provided and pay rise after 12 weeks.

General duties will involve working in a friendly and busy production environment, assembling a variety of automotive products to a high standard, along with quality inspection and working towards targets.

Choice of 4 shift patterns

Shifts and working hours:

• Shift pattern 1: Day shift – 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday
• Shift pattern 2: Rotating shift - 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00 rotating weekly
• Shift pattern 3: Night shift - 22:00 to 06:00 Monday to Thursday (18:00 to 00:00 Fridays)
• Shift pattern 4: Rotating shift - 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 22:00 to 06:00 rotating weekly

Pay rate:

• Day shift – £8.72 per hour rising to £10.29 per hour after 12 weeks
• Rotating shift - £9.73 per hour rising to £11.77 per hour after 12 weeks
• Night shift - £10.88 per hour rising to £12.97 per hour after 12 weeks
• 3 rotating shift - £10.23 per hour rising to £12.29 per hour after 12 weeks

Overtime available;

• Days – Overtime paid at £11.07 rising to £13.69 after 12 weeks
• Rotating – Overtime paid at £12.94 rising to £15.65 after 12 weeks
• Nights - Overtime paid at £14.47 rising to £17.25 after 12 weeks
• 3 rotating shift - Overtime paid at £13.60 rising to £16.35 after 12 weeks
