The Best Connection are looking for a Production Operative to join our client in the Oldham area. This is an exciting time to join a company where you will receive ongoing training.
This position is temp to perm for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- To manufacture polyurethane resins
- Picking raw materials and decanting liquids from stock
- Packing down and palletizing finished product
You will need to:
- Be willing to learn, be proactive and not be afraid to lead by example
- Have good alpha numeric skills and record keeping
- Be able to follow written instructions and have a keen attention to detail
- Be able to carry out manual work and heavy lifting
- Be able to multitask and be hard working
- Be able to work as a team and show positivity towards work
Hours of work are 0600 - 1400 & 1400-2200 - Monday to Friday rotating
Overtime is available at a rate of x1.5.
A strong recent work history is required to be successful for this job role, work references are checked at interview stage
Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
