The Role:

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Leading and developing a team of engineers and production staff.
• Driving continuous improvement and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
• Managing production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Production Manager in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Engineering or manufacturing-related qualifications (preferred).
