Our client, a fast growing business in the confectionary industry is currently recruiting for an experienced production manager to join its growing team. Joining at an exciting time in the companies growth, the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing further innovation and structure to the production team, motivating and managing a team of 8-10 people to ensure a focused and happy work force. 

Hours of Work 

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary

• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience 

Job Duties 

• Overseeing the production facilities, maximising efficiency whilst ensuring that all H&S policies are being complied with 
• Coaching & developing the team including regular performance reviews 
• Bridging the gap between the production team & the management team
• Manage staff rota's 
• To review current processes and offer innovation where possible
