**TEMP TO PERM ROLE** Our client, a leading global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing are recruiting for a Process Operative at it's prominent Hereford site. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.

In a varied roles the position requires the following duties:

• Machine setting and operation
• Plan efficient loading and unloading of equipment
• Support preventative maintenance activities
• Ensure site is kept secure at all times
• Report deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
• Relay to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise

Shifts:

• 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
• Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
• Nights 7pm-7am 9Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 - £13.81 per hour (dependant upon experience)

Overtime

• £19.50 - £20.72 per hour for any hours over standard weekly shift
