We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of print production.

• £13.18 per hour
• 09:00-17:00 (14:00 Friday)
• Monday to Friday
• NO weekends

Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of printing machinery, including vinyl cutters, DTF and rhinestone setting printers.
• Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal performance and quality.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used and time taken.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating printing machinery, with a strong understanding of print processes. (Training can be provided on the unique rhinestone setting machine)
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output with minimal errors.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Good organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of colour theory and print design principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with print production software (Adobe Illustrator/Cut Master and more) is a plus but not essential.
