The Best Connection are currently recruiting Concrete Operatives to work for a well-established precast manufacturing company based in Somercotes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a hands-on, rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• General manual labour within a precast concrete factory
• Casting concrete products (including railway components)
• Setting up casting beds and moulds
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
• Supporting production and maintaining a clean working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or groundworks
• Ideally experience in precast concrete, but not essential
• Strong work ethic and reliability (job longevity preferred)
• Comfortable with manual, physical work
• Basic understanding of working with tools and materials

Essential Requirements:

• Own transport required due to location and shift times
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to starting

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 - 16:30
• £14.12 per hour
• £19.83 on Saturdays!!
• Ongoing, full-time work
