The Best Connection is currently seeking Powder Coaters for a metal fabricating company based in the BB5 area.

Responsibilities of the Powder Coater

• Preparing surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking. 
• Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and curing ovens.
• Relevant training may be given if required.
• Detecting defects and addressing any issues with the quality of the products.
• Carry out an inspection of the final products to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements of the Powder Coater

• Attention to detail.
• Wearing correct PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Our client is looking for 4 years experience in a power coating role previously.
