The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for Christmas pickers on behalf of one of our well-known clients in the Crewe area. Our client specializes in temperature controlled transport, warehousing, and courier services across the UK and Europe.

The role includes:

• Picking food items to hit daily KPIs
• Moving and loading these items onto pallets
• Reading off order papers and sheets
• Provide support in the warehouse during their busy festive period
• Picking and packing accurately and quickly
• Accurately follow instructions

The ideal candidate:

• To be able to work in a chilled working environment (2 degrees)
• To work in a team environment to hit daily targets
• To be able to read basic English to ensure no mistakes on the pick are made
• Be physically fit - to lift and move stock
• A positive attitude and to be reliable, punctual, independent and motivated

• £13.50 per hour
• £250 bonus if ALL scheduled shifts are attended from start to finish of the Christmas period
• 09:30am start
• 10 hour shift guaranteed - may be longer if the target is not completed for the day
• Any 4 or 5 over 7 shifts per week
• Weekends are included
• May be a job opening opportunity at the end of the Christmas pick for 4 on 4 off full time role
