The Best Connection are recruiting a PA/ Administrator (Part Time) for our client based near Ripon. This is an immediate start and a permanent role for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • General admin duties, such as answering the phone, dealing with emails and liaising with the Managing Director
  • Assist with events management
  • Liaise with the Logistics Coordinator with regards to re-order processing and stock management
  • Interact with customers

The candidate:

  • Experience of using Microsoft packages, such as Word and Excel
  • Very service focused as there will be a lot of interaction with clients and customers
  • High attention to detail and be able to plan and organise effectively.
  • 2 years previous experience in an office based administrative role

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am till 1pm
  • 20 hours a week
  • Some flexibility on work times available

Pay Rate:

  • £12.00 - £15.00 per hour dependent on experience
