Job Overview:
The Best Connection are seeking detail-oriented and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Parcel Sorter. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting parcels and packages to ensure they are delivered efficiently and on time. If you are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize parcels based on size, weight, and destination.
• Ensure parcels are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting daily sorting targets.
• Assist in loading and unloading parcels.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights.
• Basic understanding of parcel handling and sorting processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
