The Best Connection – Goole is acting as a recruitment business on behalf of our client based just outside Goole. We are currently recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our client’s busy warehouse team on a temporary basis, supporting increased demand during a peak trading period with a possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack products in line with company specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet required criteria before dispatch.
- Maintain a tidy and organised work area with adequate stock of packing materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve packing processes and maximise efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced packing or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Own transport required due to the rural location of our client
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required to work between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday, one week in arrears
Start Date: Immediate
