The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently seeking Packers/Warehouse Operatives for a Manufacturer and distributor in the Winsford area with IMMEDIATE STARTS

Responsibilities of the Warehouse operative

• Packing small items into boxes ready for dispatch
• Working in a fast pace environment 
• Working to company specific KPI's
• Keeping work area clean and tidy 
• Being able to work as part of a team, as well as independently to meet deadlines

Requirements of the Warehouse operative

• Attention to detail.
• Good accuracy and organisational skills.
• Ability to work to target.
• No heavy lifting 
• Flexibility to work on different departments as and when needed
• Willing to become multi-skilled and trained to do various different tasks

The working hours for this role are weekly rotational shifts as followed:

• Week 1: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
• Week 2: Monday-Thursday 1:45pm-10:15pm and Friday 1:45pm-8pm. 

Additional benefits:

• £12.42 per hour 
• 1x 30 minutes lunch, and 2x 15 minute breaks fully paid
• 40 hour paid week
