• Pay Rate: £13.06 per hour
• Shift Time: 06:00 – 14:00
• Shift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Days Off: Sunday and Wednesday

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners at their Regional Distribution Centre in Maidstone. We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers for temp-to-perm positions with consistent morning shifts and excellent staff benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders using a voice-pick system
• Work in a chilled environment (0°C to 3°C)
• Load picked items into cages and prepare for dispatch
• Follow site health and safety procedures
