Hours: 9am-5pm⏰

60 minutes of unpaid lunch

Monday-Friday

 

Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour 

 

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Answering phones and dealing with customers daily.

✔️ Managing the office inbox and actioning any emails that need actioning. 

✔️ Ensuring customer service is exceptional.  

Qualifications and Skills:

-Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.☎️
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case file management systems.
-Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organisational skills.
