Currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a Manufacturer of Garage Doors and Shutters in  the Westerhope/Newcastle area.

Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Answering incoming calls,
  • liaising with customers,
  • chasing payments,
  • data entry onto the system,
  • processing invoices,
  • general admin support
  • Hours, Flexible on whether full or part time but must be able to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. (9-5)
  • Social media content

Requirements of the Warehouse operative

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.
  • PC literate.
