The Best Connection is currently looking for a Production MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing team based in Halesfield. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

• Working on jigs as part of the production process
• Carrying out MIG welding tasks on mild steel components
• Reading and following technical drawings and instructions
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on site

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in MIG welding, ideally in a production setting ( minimum 6 months)
• Ability to work independently and with precision
• A reliable and hardworking individual

Benefits & Requirements:

• Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Own transport required
